20% down payment will be required for all bookings to be confirmed.
Mandatory 48 hour in advance cancelation with email notification is required in order to receive a full refund. If advanced notification is not received, the 20% down payment will be kept.
Airport Arrival guests whose flight have been delayed, canceled or who missed their flight will be immediately accommodated upon request. Same for any cruise ship late arrivals, re-routing etc.
Children two years and over will be charge as paying passenger.
The company is not responsible for any loss items.
Additionally, Moving Over & Beyond will not be responsible for beach entry fees, or food costs while on the excursion.

Please note all services rendered are private! There is a 1-4 person minimum fee on all services, guests with parties that have less than four persons must pay the base fee for each of our services to fulfill the monetary requirement.
