Policies

  • Mandatory 48 hour in advance cancelation with email notification is required in order to receive a full refund. If advanced notification is not received, 25% of the monies will be kept.
  • Airport Arrival guests whose flight have been delayed, canceled or who missed their flight will be immediately accommodated upon request. Same for any cruise ship late arrivals, re-routing etc.
  • Children two years and over will be charge as paying passenger.
  • The company is not responsible for any loss items.
  • Additionally, Moving Over & Beyond will not be responsible for beach entry fees, or food costs while on the excursion.
  • Please allow 24 hours to answer any questions you may have or provide quote on services.
  • Please note all services rendered are private! There is a 1-4 person minimum fee on all services, guests with parties that have less than four persons must pay the base fee for each of our services to fulfill the monetary requirement.
  • Please let us know in advance if any if our guests will need special assistance.
  • Stops on any Transfers will be assessed a waiting of $30.00.
